Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

To request one, contact us at support@benkyouacademy.app with your order email or invoice number and we will process it through our payment provider, or use the refund link in your receipt email.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Anything else

Free accounts are never charged. Cosmetic items unlocked with in-app coins are earned through study and are not purchased with money, so they are not part of a refund.
