Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or invoice number, or contact us at support@benkyouacademy.app and we will help you.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from your membership page. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Anything else

Free accounts are never charged. Cosmetic items unlocked with in-app coins are earned through study and are not purchased with money, so they are not part of a refund. See also Paddle's refund policy.
